I wanted to make a Japanese stamp for New Year's, so I chose a hemp leaf pattern.
It is also fashionable to place it under the Mizuhiki and French stamps. Gold or lighter colors are recommended.
This was actually designed to connect horizontally.
Wouldn't it be better to stamp it on masking tape? And samples too. The patterns are only connected on the long sides, but I think it would look fine if they were connected at the top and bottom.
