*If it cannot fit in one delivery, we will change to the cheapest shipping method such as two delivery services, Letter Pack Plus, or courier.

About product compensation

If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will compensate you for the item if it is delivered by courier.
Click Post Letter Pack Plus is not eligible for compensation.
If the same product is resent or the same product is not available, we will issue a refund.

Please note that product compensation may not be possible in the following cases:

  • If there is an error or incompleteness in the delivery address you specified.
  • If you receive notification of non-delivery more than 7 days after the shipping date.

We will be shipping based on "Airmail: International Parcel".
In some cases, we may use "international e-packet" depending on the size and content.
Shipping charges are set by each country.

About product compensation
