About compensation for products (overseas)
We will compensate you for any item damaged or lost during shipping.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellation, change, or return of products for any reason other than "defective" or "wrong product" by the customer.
The contract with the customer is considered to be concluded when the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent from our store.
If there are any defects in the product or the product is incorrectly packaged, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry form within 5 days from the date of delivery.
