Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept any cancellation, change, or return of products for the customer's convenience except for "defective products" or "wrong products".
The contract with the customer is considered to be concluded when the "Order Confirmation E-mail" is sent from our store.
If there are any defects in the product or the product is incorrectly packaged, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry form within 5 days from the date of delivery.
We will replace it with a good product identical to the one you ordered, except in the following cases
We do not accept exchanges in the following cases
- For the customer's convenience (different image, size mismatch, etc.)
- If you fail to notify us of defective items within 5 days of delivery
- Sale items
- For pre-order or made-to-order products
- If any part of the product, such as accessories, is lost due to the customer's responsibility
- If the product is soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
- If the product has been used even once
- If you purchased the product from a source other than our store
- Other cases in which we deem it unacceptable to accept an exchange in accordance with the above.
For products that cannot be exchanged due to out-of-stock, we will issue a refund.
Refund methods for credit card payments will be in accordance with the credit card company.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items
We will bear the shipping costs for exchanging defective or incorrect items.
