I tried to spell it out

To be honest, it's a product that can't be made in large quantities.
This time, all the products are made from scratch by me, the shop owner.
I'm not good at mass production, so...

Other planners up until now have been factory-made,
Even though they have embroidery, our artisan staff made quite a lot of them.

But this time it's different, and we're offering limited quantities.
It is unclear whether sales will continue in the future.

A special product made with love for the first time in a year

This new product is the first major new product in a year.

I haven't been able to release a new work for a while, but I've actually been thinking about it as a project for a long time.
It took a very long time
This is a product that was designed with great care.

That feeling is expressed in the video below

15 years is a long time

Another online shop has been selling "cloth items" exclusively online for a long time.

We have delivered over 3,000 items.

It's not easy to do that here at Ekuryu no Mori.

So I really want to deliver it to you this time.
At last, I finally managed to make it
That's what this new work made me think.

Anyway, I wanted to deliver this notebook to you.

Actually, I can't show you, but...
There were other ideas that were scrapped, so I gathered a lot of materials and did a few prototypes.

But somehow I still feel like it's different.
It doesn't seem like the image of Ekuryu Forest.

The idea was actually a system notebook made of "clear material."
It's popular these days and you see it a lot.
I have heard such comments before.

In a clear notebook,
I thought it would be nice to put in a refill of Ekuryu no Mori.

So I was thinking about making one.
However, I didn't want something ordinary, and after much deliberation, I finally decided that it didn't fit the image I had in mind.

Also, if it's a clear material,
I was also thinking, "Maybe we can make it a little more affordable?"

But, I thought that was not the case.

The product I wanted to deliver the most

I had the intention of eventually creating this new image.
I've always thought that.

But you can't make too many varieties!
I understood that very well.

So I wanted to make it the most.
I decided to start by making this system planner, which I had always thought best suited the image of Ekuryu no Mori.

For some reason, I'm the type of person who always puts off the things I ultimately want to make...!

But when will that be possible?! I found myself asking myself this question.
First of all, we have to make the product we want to make.
I feel like I'll never be able to do it.
That's what I thought.

This time too, I made a ton of prototypes using machine embroidery and corrected the data.
I've shown some videos on Instagram, but they only show a very, very small part of the work.

It really is a long way to completion!

Another point of particular care is
that while it's machine embroidery,
I always consider the design and feel
to achieve a finish that doesn't look too machine-made.

Using cross-stitch is also
one of those points of particular care♪

But this notebook
I feel that without embroidery it wouldn't work.
I think it's the embroidery that makes it such a cute item.

The spine is also decorated with lace.
↑This is the sewing process above.

This is the "metal fittings" of the ring of the system notebook.
I don't want to show it, so that's one of the ways I've devised it.

If the spine were simple and without these details, it would be a little easier to make, but...
But I don't like the metal fittings being visible, and lace accents are cute after all.
I finally decided to put it on.

The embroidered part in the center,
It would be a little easier if I embroidered directly onto the pink fabric!
This too,
It will look even cuter if you use a separate piece of fabric to make it round and fluffy.

And the embroidery really stood out against the white linen.

So, in the end, it's the most time-consuming thing.
This is the design that has been created.

I don't know because I don't have a comparison.
If it were simpler and more fun, it would be easier.

I couldn't compromise because I wanted to make it a special book.

and

Stamps are fun and I like them, but they're not the only product at Ekuryu no Mori.

It's not enough to just use stamps,
I felt that things wouldn't get any better if I continued doing things like this.

This new work
If you can't choose,
I was also thinking about continuing the shop.
This is a new work that has been poured into it.

This is a bit of a personal matter, but I've been going to the hospital a lot over the past year, so I haven't had the energy or motivation to release a new work.

In the midst of all this, I have finally completed this new work.

We can't deliver to as many people as factory-produced products, but I would be happy if the few people who really want it could choose it.

The rabbits in the stamps are embroidered and can also be used as refills in your notebook.

I'd love for you to get your hands on an item like that.
That's what makes it the most attractive product.

Along with the stamps, we want to treasure these items in Ekuryu Forest.

I like product planning

Although I haven't been able to release any new products recently, I've always loved product planning.

The first online store was full of stuff (lol)
There were big new releases every month!

I can't do that much now though

Once the planner is completed,
I also wanted a pouch to fit my notebook in.
Because I thought so myself

The cross-stitch embroidery design was inspired by the shape of a book.

Although it is a "pouch", it is quite large,
At first I wanted to say "bag", but...

But I guess it's a pouch after all...
So I have no choice but to use it as a pouch (lol)
To be honest, it takes just as much care as a bag.

There are pockets on the front and back too!

I had a really hard time with this product.

Although it's simple, the shape of rounded corners is extremely difficult to create.
Even though I've been making fabric items for so many years,
I struggled a lot.

I have made some changes to the pattern to make it easier to make.
That's because I would like to sell the patterns in the future if possible.
So I thought I had to make it as easy to make as possible!
During the production, we were also taking videos like this.

So,
This time it will be made to order,
I wonder what will happen in the future?
