We want you to enjoy creating works of art
using the stamps, stickers, and other products sold at Ecru no Mori.

While we deliver these products,
opportunities to see your creations
are limited.

We really want to see everyone's work, and
we thought it would be good for customers to enjoy it with each other, so we planned this.
We would be delighted if you could send us your creations (=letters to the bunnies).

"Dress-up stamps" were planned
as items that can be used for letters.
That's why we're running this campaign.

We ran a similar campaign
once several years ago,
and it was a lot of fun.

Notes

• This campaign is for customers who use "Dress-up Stamps."
• If you wish to receive a present, please inform us in advance.
  We will reserve your present.
  (First-come, first-served, limited quantity, for a limited time only!)
  (Please contact us via Instagram DM, LINE message, email, etc. We will reply within 24 hours.)
• Regarding letters to the bunnies:
  Please send letters to "the bunnies."
  These are "works of art using stamps and our products."
• Please send them within "3 weeks" of receiving your product.
  If you are already using them, we would appreciate it if you could send them in May.
• Regarding size:
  Please ensure they are postcard size or A5 size.
  *We want to store them in a card holder, so please use these sizes.
• The letters we receive may be featured on social media or our blog.
  *Please be assured that your name will not be disclosed.
• Regarding letter (work) content:
  Please create works using our products.
  We kindly ask that you do not combine them with products from other stores.
  Please enjoy combining stamps and stickers.
• Please note that letters (works) cannot be returned.
• The shipping cost for sending the letter will be borne by the customer,
  but we will send you a present in return.
• To international customers:
  We also ship to multiple international customers. If you wish, and if you are using other products, we can include the present with your order. Please consult us in advance.

The "card holder," which was popular for "My Pet Order" previously,
will be discontinued due to the manufacturer discontinuing the product.
We can still accept orders now, but it will end in the future.

If you wish to purchase, please do so soon.

We can produce it with the original design,
and "semi-custom orders" where you can choose from various bunny designs are also available.

we can accept the same content as is.

About Smartphone Cases

Regarding "smartphone cases,"
while primarily iPhone cases, we also receive inquiries for Android smartphone cases and can accept those orders.
It depends on the model, so please inquire in advance.
