The three forest landscapes
tell a connected story

A design theme featuring the "forest,"
the origin of Ecru Forest.

I drew these three forest scenes for Ecru Forest on my iPad.
From them, two "date stamps" were born.

The three forest landscapes are all connected.

The story is introduced in this YouTube video. Please take a look.

*【The date format has changed】
The date format in the video is from before the change.
The actual product features an "alphanumeric date format."

On Instagram and YouTube,
I also share the drawing process.

In the midst of a busy life surrounded by digital screens,
I hope you can take a breather
and find yourself in the world of the forest.

A Little Forest Tale
Animals Living in the Clover Forest

A little forest tale. Living in a forest where clover blooms
are rabbits, squirrels, hedgehogs, and little birds.
And a "honeybee" motif also appears.

It is inscribed with "A little forest tale" in French.

In Ecru Forest, "clover" is
an indispensable and cute motif.

The small stamps in the "Ecru Forest series" also feature four-leaf clovers,
but I added newly drawn ones for these dates.
The flower crowns on the bunnies in the "Flower Festival series" are also made of clover.

Four-leaf clovers are symbols of happiness.
I drew them into this gentle, cute forest landscape
while imagining where the forest animals live.

A Walk in the Forest

A scene featuring the two bunnies from the Flower Festival series.
The two take a lovely walk through the forest together.

In the forest, lilies of the valley and bluebells—the signature flowers—are in bloom,
and mushrooms are sprouting too.
This is a forest landscape with newly drawn motifs.

The red mushrooms serve as an accent♪
This forest scene is one of my personal favorites.

Actually, I kept it a secret, but there is clover growing at the entrance of the forest,
linking it to the Clover Forest scene♪

I wanted to create a cute forest scene with trees, grassy patches, and a path leading into the distance,
so I drew and colored it.
In the background, I imagined a faint hint of the blue lake.

It is inscribed with "Forest Path" in French.

To the Lake with Swans

When the two go deep into the forest, they find a lake♪
And there, they find a swan family.
This impressive scene near the final lake
became the basis for the oval-shaped date stamp design.

I used a watercolor touch for the coloring on my iPad.
I used various colors, especially to express the atmosphere of the lake surface and the forest path.
It is inscribed with "Forest Path" in French.

Landscape Rabbit Illustration Design

This landscape design matches the storage tin.
I think it has a different charm from the three hand-drawn types.
*I apologize, as it seems difficult to capture the actual colors perfectly.
